About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day HR operations by ensuring accurate and timely updates of employee and organizational data in the HRIS.
  • Provide first-level support on HR-related queries, ensuring a professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach.
  • Maintain and update employee records with a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality, in compliance with internal policies and GDPR regulations.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including interview coordination, scheduling, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function and wider business as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 2–3 years of experience in a similar support role, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and strong ability to manage and maintain employee data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to core HR functions (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee relations) would be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in Greek and good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
