Administrative and HR Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day HR operations by ensuring accurate and timely updates of employee and organizational data in the HRIS.
- Provide first-level support on HR-related queries, ensuring a professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach.
- Maintain and update employee records with a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality, in compliance with internal policies and GDPR regulations.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including interview coordination, scheduling, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function and wider business as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 2–3 years of experience in a similar support role, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and strong ability to manage and maintain employee data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exposure to core HR functions (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee relations) would be considered an asset.
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
