About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing, coaching, tracking and reporting through heads of department – CIP and Project Engineering.
Designing and implementing common Contract Logistics processes tied to new facility construction and client migration.
Directing, developing and mentoring a high skilled engineering team.
Maintaining department budgets, financial and engineering metrics.
Supporting operations in meeting budgeted operating profits and cost reduction objectives.
Collaborating with regional peers to ensure consistent best practices across contract logistics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) role
Experience in New Business Implementations
Driving Continual Improvement and Financial Savings in Operations
Prior leadership positions directing Senior Leaders and frontline Engineers in 3PL/supply chain environment
Advanced knowledge of statistics
Proficiency in MS Office Applications with advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and Power BI
Experience with AI tools and applications
Extensive understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
E-commerce experience including starting up small to large volume solutions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English; Spanish highly desired.
