About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development of interactive content, training videos, and gamification modules.
Manage daily system maintenance, troubleshoot directly with users, and implement the technical roadmap for LMS phase development.
Serve as a technical point of contact for sites, providing training and communicating available metrics.
Coordinate with the Quality team and Document Control to manage updates and edits.
Conduct audits of training records and system data to ensure compliance with regional standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and create additional content as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum B.S. in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education, or Quality Systems.
Advanced knowledge of LMS architecture, video creation and editing, and Google Workspace tools.
Previous experience using Gemini or Notebook LM to assist in rapid content development.
Excellent communicator who understands how to explain difficult concepts in an understandable way.
Ability to orchestrate multiple content projects simultaneously and prioritize based on rapid site growth.
Understanding of document control, high-tech environments, and rapid deployment of content.
Preferred - Instructional Design certification.
