IT Specialist – Transportation Management Systems

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents, service requests, and application-related issues.
- Configure and maintain applications according to business requirements and support software updates, releases, and enhancements.
- Design, document, and support integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, EDI, and other interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with business users, project teams, Global IT colleagues, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application support, systems administration, or a related role.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and EDI concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Fluent English communication skills.
