About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare correct documentation to the Warehouse department for loading/offloading cargo to vehicles, in a timely manner.
Perform and correctly implement General Administration, e.g. invoicing; filing; queries; claims; check costs in accordance with departmental requirements.
Communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external customers, Drivers, suppliers, and other offices.
Assisting planning or re planning of Distribution vehicles/ routes
Utilise vehicle fleet in the most effective way
Any reports/KPI's required

Proficiant in PC and Transport Operating Systems
Knowledge of Drivers Hours & Transport Regulations
Ability to multi-task under pressure
