About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • inventory management completely in focus
  • process orders in our systems
  • ensure that colleagues in the warehouse know which orders they can prepare for shipment
  • ensure high customer satisfaction of our clients
  • have a lot of contact with customers and colleagues in the warehouse
  • provide instructions on incoming and outgoing shipments
  • customer oriented resolution of issues related to inventory discrepancies and damages

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • more than formal education
  • at least some experience with logistics flows in a warehouse, distribution or freight forwarding
  • a good command of both Dutch (B2) and English
  • some knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation is a plus
