About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- inventory management completely in focus
- process orders in our systems
- ensure that colleagues in the warehouse know which orders they can prepare for shipment
- ensure high customer satisfaction of our clients
- have a lot of contact with customers and colleagues in the warehouse
- provide instructions on incoming and outgoing shipments
- customer oriented resolution of issues related to inventory discrepancies and damages
Requirements
What you’ll need- more than formal education
- at least some experience with logistics flows in a warehouse, distribution or freight forwarding
- a good command of both Dutch (B2) and English
- some knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation is a plus
