About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Daily management and coordination of shipments
Establish and coordinate schedules with carriers
Create and coordinate country specific documents
Adhere to shipping regulations
Track and trace all shipments
Prepare and publish reports
Identify problems and implement solutions
Confirm rates with carriers
Ensure all DSV KPIs met
Daily communication with customers
Manage new account implementation from standard operating procedure to execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of two years international transportation industry experience or education in supply chain logistics, international transportation, or a related field of study
CIFFA certificate, an asset
Dangerous Goods Certification, an asset
Authorized Cargo Representative (ACR), as required
GDP Training, if required
Good command of English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in French for local communication
Ability to create collaborative engagements and active listening
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Time management skills
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
CargoWise experience, an asset
