Key responsibilities & impact

Process all shipments, coordinating the movement and monitoring while in route
Establish and coordinate schedules with carriers and tender shipments
Create and coordinate country specific documents
Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations
Prepare and publish reports as requested
Confirm rates with carriers
Manage new account implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of two years international transportation industry experience or education in supply chain logistics, international transportation, or a related field
CIFFA certificate, Dangerous Goods Certification, Authorized Cargo Representative (ACR) designated status, GDP Training (if required)
Good command, both verbal and written, English skills
Proficiency in French for local communication
Microsoft Office suite knowledge, CargoWise experience (an asset)
