Operations, Air Export

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process all shipments, coordinating the movement and monitoring while in route
- Establish and coordinate schedules with carriers and tender shipments
- Create and coordinate country specific documents
- Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations
- Prepare and publish reports as requested
- Confirm rates with carriers
- Manage new account implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of two years international transportation industry experience or education in supply chain logistics, international transportation, or a related field
- CIFFA certificate, Dangerous Goods Certification, Authorized Cargo Representative (ACR) designated status, GDP Training (if required)
- Good command, both verbal and written, English skills
- Proficiency in French for local communication
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge, CargoWise experience (an asset)
