About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You review and clear shipments containing controlled goods and sensitive end-uses
You handle screening and compliance hits
You manage complex cases such as weapons, armaments and embargoed transports
You ensure compliance with international regulations as well as EU and authority requirements (e.g., BAFA)
You support our operational teams with technical questions and act as a point of contact for stakeholders
You analyze data from the internal control system and derive corrective actions
You evaluate KPI data and conduct self-assessments
You develop training concepts and deliver trainings and webinars
You create and maintain work instructions and employee communications
You support tender management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training in forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of export control
Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and service- and customer-oriented approach
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Independent and structured working style
