Lead P&O Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle employee relations including grievance handling, investigation, and disciplinary action.
- Review and improve P&O workflow, policies, and procedures, roll out productivity initiatives to motivate employees and drive business performance.
- Drive and coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Responsible for aligning P&O initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance and P&O policy interpretation to line supervisors and managers.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Manage, participate and review salary benching, annual increment, bonus, and allowance structure, ensuring all compensation and benefits strategies remains relevant and competitive while maintaining internal equity.
- Review and improve P&O workflow, policies, and procedures, roll out productivity initiatives to motivate employees and drive business performance.
