Senior Consultant, Marketing & Communication

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic planning across teams, disciplines and geographies to ensure impact, consistency and efficiency
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects across the Marketing & Communication function
- Support the development, structuring and follow-up of annual plans, strategic priorities and key initiatives
- Deliver management support, including KPI structures, dashboards, reporting and progress follow-up
- Prepare decision material, summaries and recommendations for leadership
- Ensure alignment and follow-up with stakeholders across Marketing & Communication, Commercial, Divisions, and Group Functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience with cross-functional planning, follow-up and stakeholder coordination as well as project management
- Hold a relevant degree within communication, marketing or strategy
- Strong ability to structure complex topics and translate strategy into actionable plans
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
