Key responsibilities & impact

Provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization
Develops and implements long and short-term strategies to achieve financial and growth targets
Ensures operational excellence within and across our core services
Provides leadership and creates an environment that fosters passion, teamwork and agility within the organization
Builds and sustains long-term client relationships
Plans and successfully executes start-up facilities for new business
Contributes as a key member to our sales and solutions team in winning key strategic accounts
Develops and implements an operations strategy tailored to our client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree preferred
Third-party logistics experience is preferred but not required
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
Involvement in relevant professional organizations is desirable
English (reading, writing, and verbal)
Intermediate mathematical, accounting, and financial skills
Excellent verbal, written and visual/presentation communication skills.
