About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the business part of EDI/API implementation for Global Accounts
Define and improve integration services (EDI and API) to match customer requirements
Manage technical onboarding of Customers into DSV from a Customs perspective
Sign off the proposed Business Requirement Document to initiate integration
Align and execute planning with Operations, Customer, and Customer Integration Office
Create and execute User Acceptance Tests scenarios
Act as the first point of contact for Operations after Business Go Live
Analyze EDI+ and special setups to enhance standard offerings
Educate sales staff to promote API over EDI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or related field preferred
2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with customer engagement
Project Management capabilities and experience
Fair technical and integration understanding
End-to-end mindset
Understanding of customs is an advantage
Fluency in English required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
