About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for timely entry of US & Canadian employee Direct Deposits and Federal/State/Provincial Tax elections
Process Wage Withholding orders (Garnishment, Lien, Levy) via ADP upload
Assist with ADP Wisely Card assignment and funding
Assist with verification of employment inquiries
Responsible for downloading and saving Employer Quarterly & Annual Tax Filings
Troubleshoot and resolve employee ADP Employee Self-Service access issue
Process employee ADP Employee Self-Service password account resets
Responsible for the assignment and flow of Zendesk Payroll tickets
Sort and distribute pay checks each pay period
Daily mail collection and distribution
Assist with daily payroll department operations
Manage additional projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now & ADP Reporting
Strong work ethic and team player
High degree of professionalism
Strong (verbal and written) communication skills
Ability to communicate with various levels of management
Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
