About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead talent assessment and development initiatives.
- Act as a thought partner in organizational design and talent development initiatives.
- Provide support and training to managers on best practices for managing and assessing performance.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive employee experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
- Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of demonstrated HR Partner experience required; 7+ years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices required.
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues and concerns, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi-state operations.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar).
