About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversees the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Lead talent assessment and development initiatives.
  • Act as a thought partner in organizational design and talent development initiatives.
  • Provide support and training to managers on best practices for managing and assessing performance.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive employee experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
  • Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding efforts in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated HR Partner experience required; 7+ years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices required.
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues and concerns, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-state operations.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar).
