About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Lead talent assessment and development initiatives.
Act as a thought partner in organizational design and talent development initiatives.
Provide support and training to managers on best practices for managing and assessing performance.
Lead initiatives to foster a positive employee experience.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Support recruiting and onboarding efforts in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of demonstrated HR Partner experience required; 7+ years preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices required.
Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues and concerns, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
Demonstrated experience supporting multi-state operations.
PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar).
