About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare daily payments and review payment batches
Control and follow up on Masterdata issues
Review and approve changes to bank accounts
Process incoming supplier invoices
Monitor and control the internal webcost application
Handle incoming supplier statements
Ensure accurate follow-up of AP ageing
Act as a key point of contact for AP-related matters, both internally and externally.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
First experience within accounting (AP or treasury is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Team player with a proactive mindset
Good knowledge of English, Dutch, and French
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
