Senior Executive, Commercial, Sales Support

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive commercial support to Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Prepare quotations and mini RFQs by liaising with overseas offices, internal pricing teams and tariff tools to secure optimal rates
- Maintain accurate and consistent customer quotation and account records
- Support customer onboarding through credit application submission (eCAF)
- Handle customer enquiries, quotation follow-up to maximize hit rate
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure timely response to customer requests
- Identify recurring service issues and gather feedback
- Updates Customer SOPs to ensure adherence to validated procedures
- Prepare customer reports and support KAMs in business review meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics or sales support/customer service
- Experience in handling quotations & customer service in freight forwarding environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience in logistics systems (E.g. CargoWise) is an advantage
