About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, maintain, and improve the technology compliance framework to support business and regulatory requirements
Develop clear standards, controls, and guidance that can be applied consistently across relevant operations and functions
Ensure the framework remains current, practical, and aligned with internal expectations, customer commitments, and external requirements
Support implementation of the framework across teams, functions, and locations, helping embed requirements into day-to-day operations
Develop and deliver guidance, awareness, and training to improve understanding and consistent application of technology compliance requirements
Monitor compliance against the framework, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of corrective actions where needed
Work closely with technology, operational, and business stakeholders to align the framework with practical business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

A strong understanding of compliance, governance, risk, or control frameworks within a technology or regulated environment
Experience designing, maintaining, or improving frameworks, standards, or structured compliance approaches
The ability to translate complex requirements into clear controls, practical guidance, and workable business processes
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across technology, operations, and business teams
A proactive, structured, and solutions-focused mindset, with excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement
