Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring achievement of financial, operational, service, and growth objectives
Maintain full responsibility for branch Profit & Loss (P&L), including revenue growth, expense management, margin performance, and overall profitability
Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share, increase revenue, and strengthen the branch's competitive position
Drive new business development efforts while expanding existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for organic growth
Establish performance expectations, monitor results, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve branch goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in transportation brokerage, third-party logistics (3PL), freight forwarding, or related transportation operations
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with responsibility for operational performance, employee management, and business results
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational performance metrics
Comprehensive knowledge of transportation brokerage operations, freight markets, carrier networks, and logistics industry practices
