About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee all aspects of branch operations with a focus on customer acquisition and team development
- Drive branch growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones
- Ensure excellent customer service by fostering a continuous improvement environment
- Regularly visit key clients to identify business development opportunities
- Use financial reports to manage cash flow, improve transportation yield, and control expenses
- Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and constructive feedback within the branch
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in the freight forwarding industry, or 10 years of equivalent work experience is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
