About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

design, deploy, and maintain the facility security infrastructure for DSV, supporting all divisions.
work closely with the IT Building Management Team, external security vendors, and other departments to ensure compliance with DSV and regulatory security requirements.
architect comprehensive physical and technical security frameworks, including CCTV placements, intrusion detection, alarm systems, and automated barriers.
design and implement intelligent access control setups at entry points, loading docks, driver, and high-value cages.
conduct continuous security risk assessments and facility audits.
source and manage relationships with security hardware vendors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
Extensive knowledge of security regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel (up to 40% where required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with security certifications, such as TAPA, C-TPAT and AEO.
