About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan the scheduling of planning topics and coordinate with Operations
Manage changes and operational issues in the operational process with customers/service providers
Ensure adherence to project budget; report to responsible stakeholders
Independently plan and lead projects
Support in conducting variance analyses and implement optimizations
Prepare budgets, forecasts, medium-term and investment planning in cooperation with the area's cost center management
Support optimization of work processes
Process and update warehouse/facility layouts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in transportation/logistics
Vocational training and/or further education in logistics, ideally as a Logistics Master (Logistikmeister)
Willingness to support the site manager at a location in Germany
Willingness to carry out work assignments at changing locations in Germany
Serve as a role model for other employees regarding safety and discipline
Independent, responsible and structured way of working
