About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the operational point of contact for the client, ensuring efficient coordination of domestic air shipments from collection to final delivery.
Perform daily monitoring of operations and keep the client informed through regular follow-ups.
Send pre-alerts for shipments for collection and/or delivery.
Monitor the operational flow, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and procedures.
Prepare and send proof of delivery by 10:00 AM on the next business day following delivery completion.
Schedule appointments with sites and receiving units to ensure successful deliveries.
Act as an interface between the client, suppliers and internal departments, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents.
Record and track any operational deviations, proposing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of domestic air transport processes and logistics is a plus.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, with a strong sense of priorities and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with a customer-service focus.
