Key responsibilities & impact

Driving structure, alignment, and continuous improvement across communication activities.
Ensuring communication is well-planned to support external positioning and relevant employee communication.
Leading editorial planning across channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Driving performance evaluation and optimization across channels using data and insights.
Establishing and refining ways of working including frameworks and processes for scalable communication.
Facilitating the adoption of AI solutions in communication.
Advising stakeholders on communication planning and channel use based on data and insights.
Managing larger communication projects and supporting content production for strategic impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience and a strong track record planning, managing and delivering communication in a complex, international organization
Knowledge of using data and insights to evaluate performance and guide communication decisions
Experience managing communication initiatives or projects across functions in a global setting
Strategic mindset and can prioritize what creates the greatest impact
Structured and proactive approach to planning, coordination, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high quality, consistency, and attention to detail
Understanding how to use channels strategically and tailor content to different audiences, formats, and objectives
Collaborative and solution-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
Experience in adopting AI and applying new technologies in communication
Experience from pharma or life science will be considered an advantage.
