About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the operation and ensure everything runs smoothly from an administrative and logistical perspective
- Plan and process orders and transport activities
- Maintain contact with customers and carriers (mainly via email)
- Process data in systems (such as Excel and Outlook)
- Identify deviations and contribute to appropriate solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Affinity with logistics and administrative processes
- Experience with systems such as Excel and Outlook
- Structured and accurate way of working
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
