About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support our Road Operations team in planning and coordinating transport activities
Ensure efficient planning and coordination of collection and distribution activities
Monitor transport processes closely and proactively address operational issues
Plan and control daily collections and deliveries, optimizing routing and capacity
Ensure on-time CoDi performance while maintaining compliance with SOPs and QHSE standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by enhancing processes, optimizing costs, and improving overall service quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have at least two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding
Have a strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and quality
Be customer-oriented, solution-driven, and able to perform well under pressure
Be a team player with strong communication skills
Have a very good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
