About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support smooth and efficient supply chain operations
- Manage and monitor shipments within transport management system (TMS)
- Handle deviations, delays, and customer inquiries
- Manage complaints and support invoicing processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and quality
- Customer-oriented and solution-driven
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Very good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage
