  • You will be responsible for all inquiries, quotations/price calculations, complaints, orders, etc., and you will advise on using internal tools/DB Schenker Connect and other issues.
  • You enjoy pitching in and supporting trade shows, campaigns and events.
  • You also handle administrative tasks such as KPIs, market research, competitor analysis and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial vocational training, preferably in freight forwarding and logistics or equivalent.
  • Career changers who are passionate about logistics are also very welcome!
  • Good English skills and strong MS Office knowledge.
  • You value delivering customer service respectfully and enjoy collaborating with related departments.
  • You are open to new ideas, look beyond your immediate tasks, and act as a role model and top performer.
