About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Act as the voice of the employee, ensuring usability, adoption, and real business value
- Collaborate closely with platform teams, developers, and service owners across IT, HR, Legal, and Facilities
- Drive continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and ServiceNow best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ideally Employee Center or portal frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum ways of working
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable backlog items
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with global stakeholders
