About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget by focusing on the people side of change.
  • Prepare, support, and equip employees to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, technology, roles, and organizational structures.
  • Coordinate large-scale process and culture change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet organizational standards.
  • Facilitate small group sessions and lead large-scale organizational changes.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of change initiatives and training programs.
  • Use data and analytics to forecast outcomes and refine strategies.
  • Troubleshoot operational and system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on planning and strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics, statistics, and spreadsheet tools like Excel.
