Key responsibilities & impact

Lead an organization of 40 employees in Liquid & Sterile Production
Optimize and develop the production area to meet future product demands
Ensure robust GMP/GxP compliance across all activities
Lead continuous improvements and productivity initiatives
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and global stakeholders
Responsible for budget planning and execution of operational expenses

Requirements

What you’ll need

M.Sc. degree in business, engineering, pharmacist, natural sciences or similar
+10 years of experience within management
Experience with leading through leaders is preferable
Several years of experience from a highly regulated industry
Solid understanding of GxP requirements
Experience within aseptic production is an advantage
Solid analytical mindset with demonstrated Operational Excellence results
Ability to adapt leadership style to develop team
Fluent in English, Danish preferable
