Key responsibilities & impact

Support new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites
Partner with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans
Participate in performance improvement and crisis management support
Attend operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates
Partner in hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches
Help to manage UAT and volume stress testing
Engage in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to gain experience and contribute to successful outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
