About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source, negotiate, and secure carriers and drivers to cover available freight.
  • Track and monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, providing timely updates.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers for operational support and customer updates.
  • Proactively identify and resolve shipment or service issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or customer service (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of transportation and drayage operations, including carrier regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint);
  • Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
