Source, negotiate, and secure carriers and drivers to cover available freight.
Track and monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, providing timely updates.
Collaborate with Account Managers for operational support and customer updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or customer service (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of transportation and drayage operations, including carrier regulations and best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint);
Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
