About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and motivate the “Controlling Air & Sea, DACH” team
- Provide technical support and maintain direct communication with management in the DACH region
- Manage the financial integration of ongoing and future M&A projects
- Planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting in accordance with IFRS
- Further develop and adapt controlling and reporting tools
- Enhance management reports, forecasts and financial statements
- Initiate the development and continuous improvement of workflow processes within the department and across entities
- Reporting to the Director of Controlling
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Controlling, Finance or Auditing
- Relevant professional experience in financial controlling or auditing
- Initial experience in people management
- Strong analytical skills
- Good written and spoken English
- High level of commitment, strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- Reliable time-management skills
