About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Senior Director of Engineering is responsible for managing, coaching, tracking and reporting through their heads of department – CIP and Project Engineering a highly skilled team.
This position is also responsible for direct, develop and mentoring of the team to build engineering competency and grow talent within the organization.
This role also works with regional peers around the globe to ensure consistent best practices are deployed across the contract logistics network.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) role with extensive experience in:
New Business Implementations
Driving Continual Improvement and Financial Savings in Operations
Prior leadership positions directing Senior Leaders and frontline Engineers in 3PL/supply chain environment
