About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end billing accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
Collaborate with teams to resolve customer billing disputes.
Monitor billing accuracy metrics and identify root causes of non‑compliance.
Track dispute aging and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Support month-end and quarter-end activities related to billing compliance.
Provide guidance and training on invoice compliance and dispute best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in either: Accounts Receivable / Collections, including dispute management and customer issue resolution OR Logistics, transportation, or supply-chain billing, with direct experience handling freight, accessorial, or service-related billing disputes.
Bachelor's or Associates degree, or equivalent post-high school education/training.
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft applications, specifically advanced Excel skills.
SAP experience is a strong asset.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.
