Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial support and manage resources across different regions
Analyze revenue, expenses, investments, and risks to create a financial strategy
Develop Budgets and Forecast for financial performance
Create reports to explain financial recommendations to senior management
Set financial goals and create a roadmap to achieve them
Manage and develop assigned resources effectively
Manage Accounts Payable process and ensure swift payment of invoices
Attend meetings and manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of accounting, FP&A or finance experience required
Minimum of 3 years in supervising direct reports
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
Strong Math skills with focused attention to detail
Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills required
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Initiative-taking individual with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization.
