Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise day-to-day site operations including warehousing, receiving, and shipping
Plan inbound and outbound volume and customer communication
Manage people, hiring, training, and performance appraisals
Collaborate with Human Resources for hiring and training programs
Ensure effective training is delivered to team members
Drive company Continuous Improvement efforts and cost savings measures
Maintain high customer service standards and manage supplier/customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
7 years' experience in logistics/distribution
5 years' experience in supervisory role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of WMS systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
English proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication
