- Lead a global team of Global Account Directors and Business Development Managers
- Strengthen long-term relationships with key industrial customers
- Translate strategic ambitions into actionable commercial plans and ensure strong customer retention and profitable growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within global supply chain and logistics
- Relevant university degree with solid analytical and professional foundations
- Proven success managing large and complex international customer portfolios
- Sound industrial industry knowledge alongside excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Professional communication skills in English – additional language skills are an advantage
