About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand our customers’ needs and deliver a high-quality service every time
Coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery across air, road, ocean, and specialist shipments (including high-value and secure movements)
Track shipment progress and provide clear, timely updates and reporting
Manage any issues or delays, finding practical solutions to keep shipments moving smoothly
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and positive team
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create effective partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a similar role within Transport Logistics -essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Team player who enjoys working on your own initiative
