Key responsibilities & impact

Provide HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders
Responsible for successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Compensation and Benefits
Execute recruiting strategies for mid to lower level Professional and Managerial positions
Implement, interpret, and administer employee and labor relations programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience in the transportation and logistics industry
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Professional HR certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP
Experience with HRIS systems and software
Previous experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
