Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic HR support to business units or departments.
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting and talent development.
Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
Drive the recruitment and selection process for assigned departments.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role is required.
Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development is required.
Experience with HRIS and data analytics is preferred.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
