Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid Canadian work authorization
Good command of both verbal and written English skills
English and French fluency (written and spoken)
Ability to create collaborative engagements and active listening
Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize and manage time effectively
