Provide technical support to end-users in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in warehouse, transportation, and logistics industry or related field
Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance
Familiarity with networking technologies, such as LAN, WAN, and VPN
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Understanding of Spanish – helpful but not required
