Key responsibilities & impact

The Manager, Finance supports Operational leadership in making financial decisions by developing financial strategies.
Performs analytical reviews of financial information to identify trends/opportunities and recommends improvements.
Creates forecasts using historical data.
Plays a significant role in the accurate and timely preparation of internal financial reporting and analysis.
Manages and develops assigned resources effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably within the area of Accounting or Finance
A minimum of 5 years of accounting, FP&A or finance experience is required
Minimum of 3 years in supervising direct reports
Candidate must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
