About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building.
Analyze market trends to design tailored logistics solutions that address customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for DSV while delivering high-value solutions.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, maintaining accurate data in our CRM system.
Work closely with Air & Sea operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in freight forwarding, ocean, or air freight sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
Deep understanding of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
