About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparation of settlements of transport costs
- Verification of the correctness of subcontractors' invoices
- Preparation of cost settlements with company branches
- Handling income settlements
- Completion and distribution of transport documents, including customs documents
- Cooperation with subcontractors in the field of transport services
- Contact with internal and external customers
- Scanning of documents, preparation of reports and indicators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in office work
- Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work with numbers
- Accuracy and good organization of work
- Engagement in the duties you perform
- Willingness to develop and learn in the field of road transport
- Ability to cooperate effectively within a team
- Knowledge of Polish language
- Knowledge of English language will be an advantage
