Administrative Specialist, Talent Acquisition Support

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team across multiple divisions (Road, Air & Sea, Contract Logistics).
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding activities, and offer documentation.
- Support requisition creation and posting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain and update Talent Acquisition dashboards, reports, and trackers (e.g., open requisitions, agency usage, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, procurement, or administrative support required.
- Experience in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain environment preferred.
