About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and oversee all operational activities
Mentor and train new and existing associates
Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments and staging of outbound shipments
Responsible for verifying required inbound/outbound paperwork
Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security
Participate in quality meetings and safety meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
1 year of experience in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
Able to operate MHE
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse
Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of RF scanners and WMS functions
Strong attention to detail
