About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • HR needs, compensation and incentive plans, new hire orientation, recruiting
  • Performance appraisal systems, employee relations, employee handbooks
  • Policy development, management and employee training.
  • Evaluate client needs and establish, maintain, build and manage client relationships.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS system records in compliance with applicable legal requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience working in Human Resource field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Microsoft Office

  • Local language required.
